Padma Lakshmi shared some insight into her hectic schedule.
The "Top Chef" host was on the red carpet last night to celebrate Elle magazine's 25th anniversary. The mum of 8-month-old daughter Krishna dished about her crazy routine: "I woke up at 6AM, I nursed. Then I ran up and down 70 flights of stairs. Then I had breakfast, then went to the gym and lifted weights for an hour. Then I walked home." She credits this regimin for keeping her in tip-top post-baby shape.
As for Krishna, she shares: "She's great. She's crawling!" Padma also shared that she plans to celebrate Krishna's first Halloween in a traditional way. "I'm going to dress up, but I haven't figured out what I'm going to wear."
I'm still trying to wrap my brain around 70 flights of stairs. I'm sure once you do it on a daily basis it's not that big of a deal, but I'm tired just thinking about that many stairs.
