Kim Kardashian, Lady Gaga, Justin Timberlake, and other celebrities quit Twitter and Facebook to help raise money for the Keep A Child Alive foundation.
Celebrities are stepping up to help Alicia Keys to raise $1 million for the Keep A Child Alive charity in honour of World AIDS Day on Wednesday. Kim, Lady Gaga, Justin, Usher, Ryan Seacrest, and others have pledged their "Digital Life Sacrifice" to go silent on social networking sites until the money is raised.
Alicia Keys shared: "It's so important to shock you to the point of waking up. It's not that people don't care or it's not that people don't want to do something, it's that they never thought of it quite like that."
