My 5-year-old loves nothing more than fruit, yoghurt, and smoothies for his after school snack. A few times a week, he suggests we get out the blender and just grab a few foods to see what we come up with. I love that he loves doing this!
This is our most recent, super yummy creation! It's fantastic with a spoon or a straw!
- 1 cup plain non-fat yoghurt
- 2 cups frozen mango chunks (I like Trader Joe's brand.)
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 tablespoon honey
Total Prep Time: 5 minutes
Put everything into the blender and puree until smooth. Garnish with a bit of fresh mango.
