The other day I had some frozen prawn on hand and wanted to whip up a really quick and easy meal, so now I’m sharing with you what I came up with.
Since prawn don’t take too long to cook, I tossed them with some olive oil, seasoned them with dried herbs, and roasted them for a brief time. Then I simply placed them on top of freshly cooked rice and an easy dinner was served!
- 8 frozen prawn, shelled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1. Preheat oven to 400F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and set aside.
2. Toss the prawn with the olive oil, basil, oregano and salt. Bake for about 8 to 10 minutes, or until the prawn is cooked through. Serve!
