Sending warm food to school is really difficult. It is nearly always cold by lunch time unless it's sent in a thermos with a lid. Only recently have I realised that the one sandwich-type food that I can send warm are from this Veggie Quesadillas in Foil recipe. I simply wrap them in aluminum foil the second they are out of the microwave. They're not piping hot but just warm enough a couple hours later and that's what counts!
