Honey Mustard Chicken

- white sweet onion: half
- red pepper: half
- green pepper: 1
- garlic clove: 1
- honey mustard dressing: 1 cup
- olive oil: ¼ tablespoon
- sea salt: to taste
- cayenne pepper: to taste
- ground black pepper: to taste
- lemon juice: 2 - 3 tablespoons
- lemon and pepper seasoning: to taste
- boneless skinless chicken breasts: 2
Step 1: Preheat oven to 350. Place all ingredients except chicken in a food processor and process.
Step 2: Pour mixture into oven-safe pan.
Step 3: Pound chicken breasts with a knife (making them thin so the sauce cooks into the chicken)
Step 4: Place chicken in pan with sauce making sure the sauce fully coats the chicken.
Step 5: Cover the pan with aluminum foil.
Step 6: Bake chicken until it is cooked through (about 30 minutes)
