Victoria Beckham clears up a few common misconceptions about her.
We so often see Victoria looking serious and straight-faced as the paparazzi snap away and based on that, many assume she's a very serious person. She shares with this month's Allure magazine what her home life is really like: "There are kids running around and laughing and joking. I smile so much more than people think."
She also clears the air on her eating habits, insisting she's not "one of those people who can’t eat carbs. I eat a lot. I do! Lots of steamed fish, vegetables, fruit. I really like crackers. You know what else I love? Dried mulberries. They're so good; they give you so much energy. What do I crave? I love salt on toast."
The mum of three (soon to be four) shares that she has a spiritual side, as well: "I'm a very spiritual person. I travel with my crystals. I've got all different colours. It's just something that I'm into. I am quite a superstitious person. I don't walk under a ladder. If I see a magpie, I salute."
Victoria says the thought of aging isn't scary because she's doing with her soul mate, husband David Beckham: "I'm not freaked out about getting older. I'm growing older with the most amazing man I've ever met — with my soul mate. Life's great. I'm not playing anymore."
