Drink TONS of water! It’s so important for glowing, healthy skin.
Eat healthy lunches. I prep my lunch the night before while I’m making dinner. That way I know I’m going to eat the right thing and not grab fast food on the go.
Beat bloat naturally. I sprinkle Turmeric (an Indian spice) on top of my food. It’s an anti-inflammatory, and it helps me when I feel bloated.
Pamper skin with omega oils. I love ProGenius Omega Treatment Oil. It has omega 3, 6, 7, and 9. Great stuff!
Fake a great mani. I don’t always have time to go get my nails done, so when they start to chip I apply one or two coats of a darker polish on top (I like OPI’s Next Stop…The Bikini Zone and Essie’s Very Structured). That buys me another couple of days or so to squeeze in a proper fix.
