No-Bake Snickers Pie
It’s hot and you want something sweet but you don’t want to turn your oven on. I totally get it. This easy no-bake Snickers pie is like a big pie version of the classic…
- 1 package graham crackers
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- 10+ mini snickers bars, chopped (plus more for topping)
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 6 oz cream cheese
- 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup salted peanuts
- Cool whip, for topping
Note, I used a 6-inch pan because of the richness of the dessert. You can use a larger pan, but I recommend doubling the recipe for the same proportions. If desired, you can also use a store-bought graham cracker crust and skip to step 4.
Step 1: Melt the butter in a small bowl.
Step 2: Add graham crackers to a food processor and grind until fine crumbs form. Add melted butter and blend.
Step 3: In a small springform pan, add the graham cracker mixture and press into the bottom and sides with your fingers or using a small measuring cup.
Step 4: In a large skillet over low-med heat, melt the Snickers candy bars, stirring lightly with a spatula
Step 5: Once mostly melted, add the caramel sauce and heavy cream and stir. Once smooth and the chocolate melted, add the cream cheese and chocolate chips and stir until smooth.
Step 6: Remove from heat and stir in salted peanuts. Let cool for about 5 minutes
Step 7: Pour the Snickers pie mixture into the graham cracker crust and refrigerate for at least 4 hours
Step 8: Once set, top with Cool Whip and more chopped Snickers candies
