Popsicles are easily one of my favourite things to make in the kitchen. So, I thought I’d share a simple, limited-ingredient popsicle recipe that you can make in a pinch. They’re a great after school treat or mid-afternoon snack.

Strawberry Kiwi Popsicles
It's almost time again...for ice pop season! Make your own for a healthy version of this warm-weather treat.

Servings: 10 popsicles
fruit punch: 2 cups
pineapple juice: 1 cup
strawberries: 6-8, large
Step 1: Start by removing the stems from the strawberries and washing them, before cutting them into ¼ inch slices. Then, remove the kiwi skin and slice. Set aside.
Step 2: Add the sliced strawberries and fruit punch to a blender and blend well.
Step 3: Pour into popsicle tray, filling each popsicle well ⅔ of the way up. Then put the tray in the freezer for 45–70 minutes.
Step 4: Remove the popsicle tray and insert popsicle sticks.
Step 5: Next, add the sliced kiwi into the blender and add pineapple juice. Blend.
Step 6: Pour the pineapple kiwi mixture into the popsicle wells, filling each one to the top. Then, put the tray back in the freezer for 4–6 hours or until completely frozen.
Once frozen, remove the tray from the freezer and run warm water over the underside of the tray for 20–30 seconds to release the popsicles. Enjoy!
