The ultimate burger recipe you'll want to fire your grill up for this summer.
- minced beef: 1 pound
- fresh mozzarella: 2 slices (about ¼-½ inch thick)
- salt and pepper: to taste
- hamburger buns: 4
- basil pesto: 4 heaping teaspoons
- tomato: sliced
Step 1: Heat the grill to its medium setting or prepare charcoal for grilling. Meanwhile, divide the minced beef into four pieces (4 oz each). Shape each one into a flat patty.
