When the temperature dips I start making hot soup at least three times a week. It is the ultimate comfort food, and many times it is a very healthy option for a cosy meal. My children prefer noodle soups above all others. They are still young enough that they love the satisfying slurp of a noodle coated with broth, and oftentimes I stock the soup with vegetables they don’t even know are in there.
