This is one of the very first exercises that I did postnatal, and I’m still incorporating pelvic tucks into my daily workout to reignite my lower abdominals. I like to do this move just before the end of my workout to open up the front side of my body and for one final core exercise. It’s a safe way to activate your abs post-pregnancy while strengthening the back and working your booty all at once!
