Festive Cranberry Lime Margarita Recipe
One of my favourite ways to use up cranberry sauce is in this Cranberry Lime Margarita recipe. None of your guests will guess that its made with leftover cranberry sauce!
- whole berry cranberry sauce: 4 ounces
- white tequila: 1 1/2 ounces
- Roses lime syrup: 1 1/2 ounces
- crushed ice: 3/4 cup
- salt: for rimming glass
- garnish: whole cranberries or lime wedges
Step 1: Wet the edge of the glass with water or lime and dip into kosher salt.
Step 2: Put all ingredients, except garnish, in a blender. Blend for a few seconds on high speed or until ingredients are thoroughly combined. Pour into a large glass.
Step 3: Garnish with cranberries/lime wedge.
