Quick Buffalo Chicken Lettuce Wraps Topped with Avocado Ranch Dressing
Make these your go-to gluten-free snack this summer!
- Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Dressing: ½ cup
- lime juice: from 1 lime
- avocados: 2, small
- lettuce: 6 leaves
- shredded store-bought rotisserie chicken: 5 cups
- favourite store-bought buffalo wing sauce: ½ cup
- carrots and celery sticks: for dipping
Step 1: Shred 5 cups of rotisserie chicken and place into a bowl.
Step 2: Pour ⅓ cup of buffalo wing sauce into the chicken and mix thoroughly.
Step 3: Blend together ½ cup of Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Dressing with two small avocados and juice from one lime.
Step 4: Peel off lettuce pieces from the bunch and place some buffalo chicken on top. Then add a dollop of the avocado dressing. Use the leftover dressing to dip carrots and celery sticks in.
