Whip Up These Baked Polenta Fries (& Instead Of The Greasy Kind)
With just four ingredients and in under thirty minutes you can bake a batch of crispy “fries” made form a tube of store-bought polenta! Serve up these crispy polenta fries with your favourite dip or sauce; they are perfect for a quick and simple entrée, side for kids’ dinners, or a tasty, no-fuss movie snack.
If you can’t get your hands on a tube of polenta, it’s super-easy to make your own. Then all you have to do is put the polenta into a zip-lock bag, snip the corner and squeeze out your fries.
